Stefan Mann, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder of Oak Concierge Medicine. He completed his residency training locally at HCA North Florida Hospital and has practiced hospital medicine for the past five years at various local hospitals. Dr. Mann is also the founder of Synergy Medical Group, a team of clinicians that services patients in post-acute care facilities. Adding to his multi-faceted role in the community, Dr. Mann also has experience with hospice and primary care in an outpatient setting.
